    Paste the listing you already have

    Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or HomeExchange. Photos, amenities and reviews come across with the link. Two minutes, nothing to re-upload.

    Say where you’d like to go, and when

    Add as many cities as you like and a window you could travel in. Flexible dates genuinely help here — they give the matcher more loops to close.

    Receive a complete circle, not a maybe

    No thread, no negotiating. Every leg already fits before it reaches you — dates, minimum nights, blocked calendars. You either take it or you don’t.

Why circles

A loop asks less of everyone.

A direct swap needs two people to want each other’s homes on the same dates. A loop only needs each person to want the next one’s.

Both arrows have to land. They must want your town in your month, and you theirs. Most pairs fail on the second arrow — which is why it takes fifty requests to find one.

A three-way loop

Every arrow points one way. Nobody has to want your home back — they only have to want the next home along. Three of these fit where one direct swap didn’t.

Common questions

Things hosts ask first.

No. If you have one, importing it is the fastest way in and carries that platform’s verification across. If you don’t, the guided setup covers property type, photos, amenities and your home’s exchange value in about ten minutes.

No. livswap sits alongside your existing platforms. Connect your iCal feed and the dates you’ve sold there block themselves here. We don’t write back, so when a livswap stay is confirmed you block it on your other calendars as usual.

A wants to go to B, B wants to go to C, and C wants to go to A. None of them could trade one-to-one, but together they form a circle and everyone gets where they wanted to go. We do four-way loops too.

Nothing to list and nothing per month. A flat $9.99 per accepted match, with no commission on the swap.
